Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, simply contact our customer service at info@opulentedublin.com. To initiate your return process, please include your order number, which you should have received from us in an email or on a paper invoice.
If your return is accepted, we will send you our return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess and resolve the issue.
Different Article
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refund
Once we receive your return package, we will process the inspection within 7 business days and you will receive a full refund within this timeframe. Once the refund is processed, you will receive the money back in your account and statement within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank, credit card, or payment processor).
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@opulentedublin.com.
Because our items are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer. We have no influence on this. If the items are already in transit, a refund is not possible. Please wait until you receive the items and then return them to us.
